You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Bank Account within 15 days in case of online orders.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Instacrush, you can return the product to us. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn't fits in or we have by mistake deliver a wrong size.
- RETURNS are only allowed within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that we offer Returns & Exchanges (not Refunds). Refunds if any will be issued in the form of Store Credits or Discount Vouchers. The credit issued will be equal to the Product Price only.
- To return an order, write to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- At the time of returning order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
- If product is out of stock or is discontinued
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
- We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:
- 1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
- 2. If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Get in touch with our customer care for further assistance.

Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms advising you on the new order confirmation.
